Meet Kirsty

I'm Kirsty. I am a mum of five, a qualified social worker, somatic trauma-informed coach and narcissistic abuse specialist.

Like many of the women I support, I've experienced narcissistic abuse and coercive control myself.

I know what it's like to question your instincts, lose trust in yourself and feel stuck between what you know and what you feel.

Today, I combine professional expertise with lived experience to help women understand what's happening in their mind and body, rebuild self-trust and move beyond survival mode.
